Over Memorial Day weekend, Supers and first- and second-year CITs gathered for the 2026 CIT Retreat.
Last year, the retreat theme was “Be Curious, Not Judgmental,” and everyone focused on getting to know one another through active listening. This year’s theme, “Beyond the Spotlight: Every Role Shapes the Performance,” invited the CITs to think about how they show up—not just as performers, but as teammates, decision-makers, and leaders. The goal was simple: to help everyone around them grow stronger.
The weekend was a chance to connect, learn, and have lots of fun. The CITs enjoyed a variety of activities, received their retreat swag bags, and shared stories about their French Woods experiences with parents during First-Time Campers’ Day.
A big thank-you to everyone who helped make the 2026 CIT Retreat such a memorable weekend!
